This website, its content and all material displayed and/or distributed is owned exclusively by Eye of the Creator Photography®.

Personal Use

All images, print or digital, are for Personal use ONLY. Personal use is intended for paying customers who will not be reproducing or distributing the material purchased. Artwork must remain in the possesion of the original purchaser and cannot be distributed, copied, emailed or sold to another person or company.

Commercial Use

No artwork may be used for commercial purposes until an explicit agreement has been reached between Eye of the Creator Photography® and the 'purchaser.' Once permission is granted for commercial use, the purchaser can only use the artwork for purposes specified in the contract. To request commercial use of artwork please email us and we will be in contact as soon as possible.
